Hi, I’m Jennifer. For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding families through the complexities of understanding their aging options and resources. My work has always centered on education, advocacy, and transparency, teaching people what they wish they had known long before the crisis hits. Whether I’m navigating systems, building teams, or walking families through difficult seasons, my focus is on helping people make confident, informed decisions with compassion and clarity.

My passion has always been rooted in dignity, excellence, and truth in elder care. I believe people deserve honest guidance and real answers. My role is to speak the truth about what you need to know so you can make the best decision for yourself or someone you love. I show up with action, integrity, and heart because understanding your options isn’t just a service; it’s the foundation for making timely, informed, and confident choices. My personal experiences fuel how I show up for your family and mine, ensuring you understand how today’s decisions impact tomorrow’s living options and guiding you with both urgency and expertise to find the right solutions.

As COO of Embrace Age Prepared, it’s an honor to lead a company that’s doing things radically different in the long-term care space. We’re not just meeting needs, we’re rewriting the standard with compassion, clarity, and courage. I have a front-row seat in the development of industry-changing services and Advisors that bring transparency, trust, and true collaboration to families and care partners alike.

Outside of work? I’m a proud mom to a beautiful daughter who inspires me to keep pushing for a world where truth means something. I’m also so incredibly blessed to share life with a wonderful husband, my team, our friends, and our families. Together, they remind me why I do what I do: Give back with a grateful heart and live life out loud.
