Hello friends, I’m Jen Bustamante, and I’ve proudly spent the last 31 years championing Oregon’s long-term care community. From my first job in this field to leading transformational change through Embrace Age Prepared, I’ve seen the heart of this industry, and I’ve never loved it more!

Over the years, I’ve been honored to build amazing relationships and share the most sacred moments with families, professionals, and aging individuals who’ve inspired me to keep showing up with grit, grace, and vision. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most incredible care teams, and I’m grateful for every soul who’s shaped not only me but this journey.

But the greatest joy of all? I’m a mama to four amazing adult children who have caught the same fire to care, serve, and lead. Watching them step into this mission with me is the most radical legacy I could ever dream of.
