Embrace Age Prepared is an Oregon-based senior placement advisory firm — not a referral service, not a directory. We are a team of experienced professionals who advocate exclusively for families navigating one of the most consequential decisions of their lives.
We operate with dedicated regional specialists across four Oregon regions, each with deep local knowledge of care communities, adult foster homes, memory care providers, and in-home support networks. Every advisor is backed by executive oversight ensuring consistent standards, ethical guidance, and outcomes that genuinely serve your loved one.
Our model is simple: we work for families, not facilities. We are compensated by providers only after a successful, appropriate placement — so our advice is always rooted in what is right for your family, never what fills a bed.

Jennifer founded Embrace Age Prepared on the belief that families deserve an expert in their corner — not a salesperson. With a background in clinical care management and senior housing operations, she brings a rare combination of inside-industry knowledge and genuine family advocacy.
She has personally guided hundreds of Oregon families through placement decisions for memory care, assisted living, adult foster homes, and in-home care — and she built the regional advisor model to ensure that expertise scales without sacrificing personal attention.
